Exterior

The entire property sits on a hilltop surrounded by olive groves and is completely fenced in.  The large parking lot holds 8 cars easily.  A non-skid walkway starts at the small courtyard between the two houses and leads gently downhill to the pool area, where there is an adjacent playground for small children.  The 12×6 meter pool (open mid-April till end-September) is also fenced in and has two outdoor showers.  The pool is surrounded by a comfortable seating area with lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas.  Each house has its own lighted pergola sitting area with adjacent grill and sink and stone preparation surface.

The property has splendid views south towards Pescia and Monte Pisano, and north towards the Valeriana.  The surrounding area is ideal for biking and hiking.  Although nearby Pescia is only a ten minute drive, the property’s location offers quiet and tranquility.
