Euro 700 is the price for 1 night of rental of the entire property, three night minimum. Check-out is at 10am. Check-in is anytime from 4pm, but you may leave your bags with us earlier if you wish. Payment terms are 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking, and 70% within 14 days before arrival. A security deposit of Euro 400 shall be collected in cash upon arrival.
The nightly rate of Euro 700 is all-inclusive and includes all taxes, internet, gas, electricity, and heating. The rate is fixed throughout the year. Bed linens and bath towels and pool towels are provided weekly. The property has beds for 16 guests, but if you wish to use the 2 sofa beds we will provide additional linens and towels at no additional charge.
